Candy Bar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup soft margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 bars, about (1 1/2 ounces each)
 chocolate covered coconut or 
 almond candy bars
1 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix with spoon in large bowl: margarine, brown sugar and egg. Chop enough nuts to fill 1/2 cup. Cut up candy bars into small pieces. Mix into butter mixture: the nuts, candy and Bisquick. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart into baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. Leave cookies on baking sheet a few minutes, then remove and cool completely on wire rack. Makes 3 dozen.
