Directions:
Halve the clove of garlic, then rub the fondue pot with the cut side. Add wine and heat until bubbling.Gradually add cheese and heat until melting, then beat in the yolks and cream. In a small bowl, blend the cornflour smoothly with the brandy, then add to the cheese mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly until the fondue is thick and creamy. Serve with the bread.
